Complete refurbishment of 2 bedroom mansion block apartment
Situated on the ground floor of an elegant mansion block overlooking Brook Green, with its own entrance, this apartment was nearly sold by our client, a gastronome, who was frustrated by the antisocial internal arrangement. We reconfigured the internal spaces, removing the cellular arrangement to create a more open layout more appropriate for entertaining. Small, precise adjustments were also made to the existing windows to unify them in appearance and to introduce more light into the apartment.
